Process Improvement Engineer
Job overview
Analyze and improve powder production processes, apply Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste, increase productivity and quality. Run 6 Sigma projects and manage new technology investment projects.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and analyze OEE, MTBF, waste ratio metrics
- Propose and implement Kaizen, Lean projects (5S, VSM, Pull System)
- Manage line upgrade projects and new technology adoption
- Train staff on continuous improvement mindset
- Quarterly reports on cost-saving impact
Requirements
- BS in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical
- 2–4 years of process improvement experience in manufacturing
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
- Knowledge of statistical tools: SPC, Pareto, Fishbone
- English for technical reading
- Strong data analysis, Excel/Power BI
