Plant Operations Engineer
Job overview
Operate and supervise the CaCO₃ grinding and stearic-acid coating lines at our Quy Hop plant — ensuring capacity, quality and safety. Coordinate with QC, maintenance and production teams to sustain stable output of 350,000 tons/year.
Key responsibilities
- Operate grinding and stearic-coating lines per SOP
- Monitor and adjust technical parameters (particle size, whiteness, moisture) to meet standards
- Prepare per-shift and per-day production reports; log anomalies
- Coordinate with QC team for per-batch output quality checks
- Propose process improvements to raise efficiency and reduce waste
- Supervise occupational safety and environmental hygiene in the assigned area
Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Industrial Electrical, Mining or Chemical Engineering
- 2–5 years of plant operations experience; mining/chemical industry preferred
- Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, line control systems
- Ability to read technical documentation in English
- Comfortable with shift work; willing to work at Quy Hop
- Detail-oriented, responsible, strong teamwork skills
