Equipment Maintenance Engineer
Job overview
Plan and execute preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on grinding, coating and packaging equipment at the powder plant. Optimize downtime to keep lines running stably 24/7.
Key responsibilities
- Plan weekly/monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance
- Perform repairs on unexpected equipment failures
- Manage spare parts inventory and reorder per consumption norms
- Supervise and train junior technicians
- Coordinate with equipment vendors on warranty service and upgrades
- Propose improvements to equipment reliability, reduce MTBF
Requirements
- BS in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Automation Engineering
- 3–5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Proficient with PLC (Siemens/Mitsubishi), inverters, industrial sensors
- Able to read electrical-mechanical drawings, P&ID diagrams
- English reading of technical manuals
- Ability to work under pressure, on-call after hours
