Export Sales Specialist
Job overview
Develop and manage B2B customer accounts across key export markets (Korea, Japan, India, Middle East). Consult on CaCO₃ powder and natural stone products, negotiate FOB contracts, track orders and nurture long-term customer relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Find and develop new customers via trade shows, LinkedIn, B2B platforms
- Consult on products, send FOB quotes and negotiate contract terms
- Coordinate logistics, export documentation, L/C with import-export team
- Track orders, handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales KPIs for assigned market segments
- Periodic reporting on market and competitor activity
Requirements
- BS in International Business, Foreign Trade or equivalent
- 1–3 years of B2B export sales experience; mining/chemical/construction materials preferred
- Strong business English (4 skills), IELTS 6.5+ or TOEIC 800+ equivalent
- Understanding of Incoterms, L/C and basic export procedures
- Negotiation, persuasion and English presentation skills
- Willing to travel abroad (1–2 months/year)
