Domestic Sales Manager
Job overview
Lead the Domestic Sales team (8 people), responsible for CaCO₃ powder and natural stone revenue in Vietnam. Build strategy, expand distribution channels, achieve annual revenue target of 200 billion VND.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute annual domestic sales strategy
- Manage and develop a team of 8 sales staff
- Expand distribution channels: distributors, tier-1 agents, direct B2B
- Achieve annual revenue, margin and AR aging KPIs
- Report directly to Deputy GM of Sales
- Coordinate with Marketing on B2B campaigns and trade shows
Requirements
- BS minimum, MBA preferred
- 5+ years of B2B sales, at least 2 years as manager
- Experience in mining, construction materials or chemicals industry
- Existing distributor/agent customer database is a strong plus
- Leadership, strategic planning and negotiation skills
- Strong business English, willing to travel domestically
