Job overview

Lead the Domestic Sales team (8 people), responsible for CaCO₃ powder and natural stone revenue in Vietnam. Build strategy, expand distribution channels, achieve annual revenue target of 200 billion VND.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and execute annual domestic sales strategy
  • Manage and develop a team of 8 sales staff
  • Expand distribution channels: distributors, tier-1 agents, direct B2B
  • Achieve annual revenue, margin and AR aging KPIs
  • Report directly to Deputy GM of Sales
  • Coordinate with Marketing on B2B campaigns and trade shows

Requirements

  • BS minimum, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of B2B sales, at least 2 years as manager
  • Experience in mining, construction materials or chemicals industry
  • Existing distributor/agent customer database is a strong plus
  • Leadership, strategic planning and negotiation skills
  • Strong business English, willing to travel domestically
