Job overview

Own the full recruitment cycle for 5 plants and the head office — from job posting, screening, interviewing to onboarding. Also handle compensation, social insurance and company culture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute recruitment based on department needs
  • Post jobs on VietnamWorks, TopCV, LinkedIn, social media
  • Screen CVs, schedule round 1 interviews, support round 2 with managers
  • Prepare employee files, employment contracts, onboarding
  • Run monthly payroll, manage social insurance
  • Organize team building, birthdays and culture events

Requirements

  • BS in HR Management, Economics, Law or equivalent
  • 1–3 years of recruitment or HR generalist experience
  • Knowledge of Labor Law, social insurance procedures
  • Strong communication, interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Proficient in Excel, HR software (Misa, Tanca, Base...)
  • Basic conversational English
