HR & Recruitment Specialist
Job overview
Own the full recruitment cycle for 5 plants and the head office — from job posting, screening, interviewing to onboarding. Also handle compensation, social insurance and company culture initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute recruitment based on department needs
- Post jobs on VietnamWorks, TopCV, LinkedIn, social media
- Screen CVs, schedule round 1 interviews, support round 2 with managers
- Prepare employee files, employment contracts, onboarding
- Run monthly payroll, manage social insurance
- Organize team building, birthdays and culture events
Requirements
- BS in HR Management, Economics, Law or equivalent
- 1–3 years of recruitment or HR generalist experience
- Knowledge of Labor Law, social insurance procedures
- Strong communication, interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Proficient in Excel, HR software (Misa, Tanca, Base...)
- Basic conversational English
