Stearic-acid coating improves dispersion and reduces moisture pickup — ideal for PVC, PE, PP compounds and premium masterbatch.
Our stearic-coated CaCO₃ is produced on a dedicated EU-spec coating line. The 1.0–1.5% stearic acid coating uniformly covers particle surfaces, improving polymer-matrix dispersion, reducing moisture absorption and enhancing surface gloss in finished products. The product is especially suited for rigid/flexible PVC compounds, plastic pipes, PE/PP films, premium masterbatch and other technically demanding applications.
